Your request.
Your choice.
This notice explains how Skytypers Inc.™ handles information submitted through skytypers.com and information generated when you use the website. It applies to quote, contact and agency inquiries. It does not replace a separate campaign agreement.
Our forms ask for your affirmative permission to use the details you submit to review and manage your request and contact you about it. The permission box starts unchecked. Promotional email is a separate, optional choice; declining it does not prevent you from requesting information or a quote.
Notice at collection: information you submit
Provide only the details needed for your inquiry. Please do not include payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification, medical information or other sensitive personal information in an inquiry or sky-message draft.
Contact and business details
Depending on the form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or agency and role. We use these details to identify your request, reply, prepare requested information and coordinate follow-up.
Your campaign or message request
We collect the message, requested city or viewing area, event date and time, budget range, service interests, weather flexibility and other details you choose to provide. We use them to assess the request, discuss feasibility, prepare a quote and plan any service you later book. A viewing location you enter is part of your brief; these forms do not request your device’s GPS location.
Choices and submission records
We record your permission, any marketing preference you select and the form submission date. Our form system also records technical information such as IP address, browser information and the source page to administer submissions and help prevent abuse. Consent records help show which notice and permission applied to a submission.
How submitted information is handled
Form entries are stored in our website system and may be included in notification emails and internal inquiry records. Access is for Skytypers personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, security and request handling. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and safety.
Your form permission covers handling your request. It does not authorize selling your submitted contact details or message, unrelated advertising, publication of your inquiry, or automated marketing calls or texts. A campaign or sky message is made public only as part of separately arranged services. Website analytics and advertising technologies are addressed below.
Retention criteria and how to request deletion appear in Retention and Privacy requests.
Permission and optional email updates
The required request-permission checkbox allows us to use the information you submit to respond to and manage that inquiry. If you do not want to provide information through the form, you can call 888-759-8973 to discuss what is needed.
Where a form offers optional email updates, choose “Yes” only if you want Skytypers news, offers and campaign ideas by email. Choosing “No” or leaving the optional choice blank means you have not opted in. Marketing permission is not a condition of receiving a quote or purchasing a service.
You may stop promotional email using an unsubscribe option in the email or by contacting us below. You may also ask us to stop optional follow-up or withdraw permission for future consent-based use. This does not undo processing already completed or records we must retain for an active service, security or legal obligation.
Retention and protection
The website form system currently retains entries until they are manually removed; automatic deletion is not enabled. Retention decisions depend on whether an inquiry is open, whether it becomes a client relationship, the need to document permission and communications, and applicable contractual, accounting, security or legal requirements. There is no single automatic expiry period for all records.
You can request deletion or ask about the retention of a specific inquiry. Relevant records may need to be kept to complete a service, resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations. Website entries, email copies and backups can have different removal schedules.
The website uses HTTPS and administrative access controls. No website, email system or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending confidential financial, identity or health information through these forms.
Your privacy requests
To ask about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of optional consent, or a sale/sharing opt-out, email future@skytypers.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or call 888-759-8973. Include the email address used for the inquiry and the type of request. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically arrange a secure verification method.
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to know or access personal information, obtain a copy, correct it, request deletion, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive-information uses, or appeal a decision. California consumers have applicable CCPA rights without discrimination for exercising them. We will assess requests under the law that applies and may need to verify identity or an authorized agent’s authority before disclosing, changing or deleting information.
If you use an authorized agent, ask the agent to contact us with evidence of authority. You can also request this notice in an accessible format. If you disagree with our response, reply to the same contact with “Privacy appeal” and explain your concern.
Children and updates
These inquiry forms are intended for adults arranging aerial services. Please contact us if a child has submitted personal information so we can review and remove it as appropriate. We may update this notice when our practices change; the date above identifies the current version. A new, incompatible use of submitted information requires an appropriate notice and permission where required.
