Attain monthly sales quota. Provide optimum customer service
Assist in retention of independent account base.
Prospect for business customers through cold calling (phone or in person),
networking and lead generation.
Assess customers advertising needs and provide solutions proposing Skytypers
product and services.
Prepare and present professional proposals specific to the customers needs.
Actively participate in various sales and skills training.

Required Skills:
Requirements: BA Degree and/or five years outside sales experience.
Outdoor Advertising background and or 3-5 years of sales experience
Excellent Oral, written, time management and presentation skills. Ability to
persuade or influence individuals using oral communication skills
Must be capable of balancing between fulfilling customers needs and meeting
company expectation and goals. Knowledge of computer and word processing
systems and spreadsheet programs. Valid driver's license required

Sales Manager

Description:
Responsible for fostering & developing individual sales representatives as
well as creating a team-selling environment.
General Job Responsibilities:
Coach the Investment Account team in reaching company quota.
Utilize and established 30,60,90 day plan to evaluate the progress of new
hires to ensure success of revenue goals.
Capture & communicate competitive market information within the organization.
Establish processes & procedures to ensure successful sales to our customer base.
Assist sales representatives in presentations & proposals to our prospective
customers. Ensure that sales follow company guidelines to ensure profitability.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), MBA preferred & 5+years of
management experience in Fortune 1000 accounts.
10 years of experience in Outdoor Advertisng, PR or Marketing firms.
Excellent contract negotiation skills, sales management & account management.
Excellent written, oral, & presentation skills; time management skills.
Ability to persuade & influence individuals using oral communications skills.
Must be capable of balancing between fulfilling customer needs & meeting
company expectations & goals.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal & negotiation skills.

Fly commerical Skytyping missions over California and Nevada.
Most operations occur on weekends and holidays.

Required Skills:
Must be Commerical Rated with at least 500 hours Total Time.
Formation experience is necessary.
Complex and high performance time preferred.
Able to travel between CA, NV and take long trips over weekends and holidays.
